An inmate at the Nebraska State Penitentiary died Wednesday morning, the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services announced. According to the NDCS, Oddie Granger, 44, died at 9:27 a.m.The NDCS said Granger was being treated for a medical condition, but his cause of death has yet to be determined.Granger was serving a sentence of five years and six months after being convicted for driving under the influence, the NDCS said.A grand jury will investigate Granger's death.
